Introduction to Recombinant Trypsin (Cell Culture Grade)

the product is a biochemical grade genetically engineered enzyme, does not contain excipients and enzyme inhibitors, such as DFP, PMSF and TLCK. It has the same activity and specificty as native Trypsin. the activity of this product is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF and TLCK, metal ion chelation agents such as EDTA.

Recommended Method
Protein preparation: the protein was dissolved in a solution of 25 mM Tris-HCI, pH 8.0;
Trypsin preparation: the desired enzyme poder was weighed and dissolved in 10 mM HCI to give an enzyme solution concentration of 1-10 mg/ml.
