Notes:

• Only used for eliminating static control and dust, other application is forbidden.

Installation and Use Method:

• Please choose places with AC110V/220V or DC24 power supply and compressed air.
• Please connect DC24V output into controller power input.
• Please connect 100-240V power to grounded socket.
• Connect controller air input into compressed air hose, pressure is 0.1-0.7mpa, and it is Recommended to use 0.5MPa at most.
• Please install the dust filter (0.3u) and filter for oil and water in the air outlet of the Compressor. the input air temperature range please control between 5 to 40°C.
• Connect the air hose connector with the air filter outlet correctly.
• Connect filter air inlet and power adapter into controller.
• Fix controller and bracket by M3 flat head screw and use M3 flat head screw to fix the bracket in proper position.Installation metal clip from the controller need to be grounded with ground.
• Open controller switch, green LED will be on when controller is normal.
• Green LED will lamp when pull the trigger, air outlet will export air ion; however if green LED Will not lamp when pull the trigger, it means air gun has malfunction, it needs to be repaired.
• Blow air to a charged equipment or a dusty object.
• Release trigger after finished eliminating static or dust, air and power adapter will stop soon.
• Place the air gun to a proper position when stop using.

Notes

• Precision components are included. It is strictly forbidden to place it on the platform with Severe vibration. It is strictly forbidden to drop or knock hard to cause product damage or Failure.
• It is forbidden to pull the air hose and the power cord with excessive force to avoid damaging the gun body controller and the power cord of the air hose

Test offset voltage and decay time.
       a. Test before delivery

• Test Equipment:ME-288B Charge Plate Monitor
• Test equipment and be tested air gun both need to be grounded well
• Air gun outlet is aligned with the CPM center and test according to distance 15cm

       b. on site test method

• Charge plate monitor need to be placed at the actual operating of ESD sensitive components
• Detailed test method should be referenced as different equipment's user manual

Maintenance:
        Emitter will be contaminated after long-time use. the dust adsorption will reduce eliminating statics or cause other malfunction once continue to use the air gun without maintenance. The emitter must be cleaned regularly (recommend one time every two weeks)
       Notes

• Do not remove the emitter except replace emitter
• Pull out the power supply before cleaning
• Turn off the compressed air outlet switch before cleaning
• Do not use solvents or cleaning lotion, otherwise it will cause product cracks, electric shock or other malfunction
• Do not clean by water, or it may cause electronic shock
• Only professional serviceman can repair or amend this product, otherwise it will cause malfunction or electronic shock risk.

        Clean the shell
          Please use a soft clean cloth to wipe the stain on the product, do not use alcohol or thinner Solution cleaning.         
Replace filter
         the replacement cycle of filter almost depends on the application environment, different application environment has different replacement cycle.

• Press the quick connection switch 1 of the filter inlet to separate the filter and gun power connector from the controller.
• Then press the quick connection switch 2 at the end of the hose to separate the old filter inlet from quick interface.
• Install the new filter outlet into the quick interface 2 at the end of the air hose.
• Install the new filter inlet and power supply of the air gun into the controller, press the filter inlet quick connection switch 1, and then after you hear a click, the replacement is completed.
• Before operation, please check if the filter and the socket of air gun power supply is correctly Connected to the controller and insure it would not be breaking away.

• 12 months from the date when products arrived at the buyer's place.

• this product is inspected by ESDMAN QC, when it is in normal use within the warranty period, if it is damaged or fails due to poor design and manufacturing, free maintenance could be provided.

Out of coverage

• Emitter belongs to the loss part and are not covered by warranty.
• Damage, breakage or failure due to abnormal use.
• Failure caused by modification or disassemble of maintenance not from ESDMAN.
• Failure caused by fire, natural disaster, flood, earthquake and other natural irresistible factors.
• Failure caused by abnormal voltage etc external factors.
