• Two communication interfaces can be selected when used in stand-alone mode
• When multiple machines are connected together, the second square hole of the first machine can be connected to the first square hole of the next machine to realize a power supply with multiple machines in series.

Instrument Function Description:

• When the ambient humidity is high, residual voltage deviation may occur, and it is best to use it at a humidity of about 50%RH
• Connect the power supply:
• A. Insert the DC24V power output plug into the corresponding position behind the ion fan
• B. Connect the AC100-240V plug to the indoor power outlet
• Power on the device:
• A. POWER green light is on, H.V green light is on, it is normal
• Air volume adjustment:
• A. the air volume of H0601C fan is fixed speed and cannot be adjusted
• the C.C cleaning alarm period of the fan is 240 hours. If users need other alarm periods, they can inform in advance before ordering 
• the ionizer outputs 24V alarm signal, buzzer alarms to inform abnormal

Testing Method:
Test the two performance parameters of bias voltage and dissipation time. 
Factory test method:

• Equipment name: the company uses ME-288B rechargeable flat panel tester (CPM)
• the test instrument must be well grounded, and the ionizer under test must be well grounded
• the ion blowing port of the desktop ionizer is centered on the flat tester and tested at different 
• Distances such as 30cm, 60cm, and 90cm
• the test is carried out at maximum air volume and no dust filter

Field test method:

• during on-site testing, the test panel of the instrument should be placed where the ESD sensitive components are actually operated
• the specific test method is subject to the instructions of different test instruments

Daily Maintenance:
Cleaning of front windshield:

• Press the buckles on both sides of the front wind window inward to remove it from the host
• Use cotton swabs for washing, or use neutral detergent for washing
• after the cleaned wind window is dry, install it back on the host

Cleaning of the discharge emitter:

• after the discharge emitter is used for a long time, there will be dust and other pollutants in and around the discharge emitter
• Use cotton swabs to remove contaminants
• the discharge emitter should be cleaned regularly (approximately 100 hours of use need to be cleaned once). When the pollution is serious, the cotton swab can be cleaned with alcohol. Be careful not to damage the discharge emitter when cleaning

Discharge emitter replacement:

• Please check the discharge emitter while cleaning
• When the tip of the discharge emitter is found to be damaged, please replace it with a new discharge emitter immediately
• Use emitter-nose pliers to remove the discharge emitter and replace it with a new one
• the tip of the discharge emitter is very sharp, please be careful not to get injured when replacing
• the replacement cycle of the discharge emitter under the normal use environment is one year, whichever is based on the actual use environment

Abnormal Alarm:

• When the ALARM red light is on, it indicates that the high voltage is abnormal. Please shut Down for maintenance
• When the C.C red light is on, it indicates that the discharge emitter needs to be cleaned, please Turn off the machine and restart after cleaning

Product Guarantee:
ESDMAN's products have undergone strict factory inspection. In case of failure, please contact the nearest ESDMAN office and provide details of the failure
Warranty Period

• the warranty period is one year, starting from the day the product is delivered to the place designated by the purchaser

Warranty

• this product is inspected and qualified by our company. during normal use during the warranty period, such as damage or malfunction due to poor design and manufacturing, free maintenance will be provided. the power supply is guaranteed for 3 months

the following conditions are not covered by the warranty

• the discharge emitter is a consumable part and is not covered by the warranty
• Breakage, breakage or malfunction due to abnormal use
• Failure caused by changes or disassembly and maintenance by non-maintenance personnel of our company
• Failures caused by natural force majeure factors such as fires, natural disasters, floods, and earthquakes
• Failure caused by external factors such as abnormal voltage
