Caution:

• Do not touch the discharge needle under power-on conditions, otherwise it may cause malfunction or electric shock accident.
• Please place the product to the specified position when leaving the working area. 
• Do not put fingers or metal objects (such as wires and tools) close to the discharge needle, otherwise it will cause a malfunction.
• Please check power supply specification before connecting it. Use the unusual or irregular power supply will cause product malfunction or other accidents.
• Please do not do operation with wet hands, it may cause personnel electric shock or product malfunction.
• Please do not use it except for static elimination and dust removal. 
• It is strictly required to use a air hose with pressure resistance. 
• A trachea that has no or poor pressure resistance may have a ruptured or leaking airway.
• The emitter needle is very sharp. Please pay attention not to prick the finger. 
• Please do not use it in confined spaces. Ionizing gun will generate ozone. (0.05 ppm or less). 
• If it has ozone smells when multiple ionizing guns are working, please ventilate immediately.

Air nozzle is one of the important tools and equipment to eliminate static electricity in the production process, as the emitter needle will be affected by the environment and dust after long-term use, the positive and negative balance voltage will be offset, in order to ensure the normal use of the Nozzle Ionizer, it is necessary to use the electrostatic field meter to regularly test its performance, mainly to test the ion balance and decay time two performance parameters. 
Test equipment and usage 
a. Equipment name: ME-288B electrostatic field meter 
b. Instrument accessories: CPM, charge plate monitor, grounding wire, 100v-240v wire. 
c. The test instrument shall be grounded well, and the air nozzle shall be grounded correctly. 
Both test instrument and air nozzle should be grounded properly. 
d. The ion outlet of the air nozzle is aligned with the plate tester, and is tested according to different air pressure. 
e. The specific test method, subject to the different test instrument specifications. 
f. Different environments show different test results. The above mentioned is the reference data.

Installation Method:
Notes

• The supplied power transformer or DC24V power supply must be used otherwise there is a risk of fire and de-energization. 
• A pressure-resistant air hose must be used, or the trachea may be broken or air leaking. 
• Please use it in the following environment, otherwise it may cause damage or reduce the life of this product. 
• Temperature : 5°C to 40°C; Relative Humidity 35%-65%RH (no condensation). 
• Excessive pulling of the air hose and power cord is prohibited to avoid damaging the nozzle.
• Please select the installation place with 100-240V power supply and compressed air.
• Tracheal Input: For air hose input, please use air hose with pressure-resistant performance (outer diameter: 6mm). 
• Air: Please connect the compressed air supply hose at the air input port, the pressure is 0.1-0.7mpa, the maximum recommended use is 0.5mpa. Please install the dust filter and filter for oil and water in the air outlet of the compressor. The input air temperature range should be between 5°C to 40°C. 
• Note: compressed air (CDA) must be used, otherwise the best esd performance cannot be achieved. 
• Power Transformers: Have to use the supplied power adapter, otherwise it may damage the electrostatic eliminator or cause accident. The attached power supply is only for HN-04 Nozzle Ionizer. 
• Please do not use it for other purposes.
• Mounting: Please use M3 flat head screw to fix the Nozzle Ionizer with mounting bracket, and use M3 flat head screw to fix the mounting bracket into proper position. 
• Grounding: 100-240v power cord must be connected to the power socket connected to the ground wire. Please ensure to grounding correctly according to the rules when using the equipment power supply. Please connect the Nozzle Ionzier to the ground by mounting metal plates. 

Maintenance:

• Regular maintenance is very important, please clean regularly according to the following rules. 
• Emmiter needle will be contaminated after long-term use. 
• If you do not carry out maintenance and continue to use the air nozzle, the dust adsorption will reduce eliminating statics or cause other malfunction.
• Therefore, the emitter needle must be cleaned regularly (preferably once every two weeks). 

Notes
a. Do not remove the emmiter needle except to replace it. 
b. Turn off the power supply before cleaning. 
c. The compressed air output switch must be turned off before cleaning. 
d. Do not use solvents or cleaning lotion, otherwise it will cause product cracks, electric shock or other malfunction. 
e. Do not rinse with water, or there will be a risk of electric shock. 
f. In addition to professional maintenance personnel, other users are prohibited to maintain or do modification on the product, otherwise it will cause product failure or electric shock risk.
The Shell Cleaning
Please use a soft clean cloth to wipe the stain on the product, do not use alcohol or thinner solution cleaning.
The Emitter Cleaning
a. Please turn off the power of air nozzle before cleaning. 
b. Unlock the lock button at the tail of the Nozzle, pull out the high voltage generator module. 
c. Clean the emitter tip with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol. Do not use acetone or strong acid solution.
d. Do not apply any external force to the tip of the emitter needle, which may damage the tip. 
e. Replace the emitter immediately if any damage is found. 
f. Power on after the clean liquid has evaporated completely. 
g. Fill in the maintenance contents in the maintenance record. 
Replacement of Emitter Needle
Please check the emitter needle at the same time when you clean it.
a. Please use a needle-nose pliers to pull out the old emitter needle when the tip of the emitter needle is found to be damaged, then put the new emitter needle into the holder. 
b. The tip of the emitter needle is very sharp, be careful not to get hurt when replacing it.
c. In normal using environment, the replacement cycle of the emitter needle is one year. But the cycle of replacement will be changed according to the specific using environment.
