1. the raw material must be fully dried according to the process requirements and must not be damp, otherwise there will be silver lines on the surface after injection.
2. the injection temperature, pressure and time are in accordance with the requirements of the process parameter card, and the injection speed is strictly controlled. Too fast injection speed will lead to poor adhesion between coating and substrate; the injection rate of plated parts should be controlled between 15%~35%.
3. Stop midway and clean up the material in time to avoid embrittlement of the raw material inside the screw due to long stay of the injection product.
4. Prohibit the use of release agents, especially those containing silicone oil, as this will affect the adhesion of the coating.
5. Wear clean cotton gloves during operation to avoid contamination of the product surface after injection.
6. the surface of the injection moulded parts should not be sanded or polished to avoid affecting the adhesion of the coating to the substrate.
