3. Press device
It is composed of several pressor oil cylinders installed on the supporting plate in front of the machine. after the pressor oil cylinder is fed, the pressor head presses down after overcoming the tension spring tension and compacting the plate. after the shear is completed, it is reset by means of tension.
4. Front and rear stopper
Front stop: placed on the table surface, use a ruler to indicate the value, in order to adjust the movable stop block to reach the required value of the stop, the use of front stop shear is more convenient when cutting thin steel plate.
Rear stopper: it is installed on the upper tool holder to swing up and down with the upper tool holder. the adjustment of the rear stopper is driven by the motor and driven by the screw after it is decelerated by the gear.
