OM902 Doors & Windows Silicone Weatherproof Sealant

FEatures:

1. Single component, neutral curing, easy to use, with good extrudability and thixotropy in the temperature range of 4-40 degree.

2. Strong adhesion, no corrosion, can apply to most building materials without primer and high adhesion.  

3. after curing, it becomes a cold-resistant, heat-resistant, non-corrosive elastomer with excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone resistance and high & low temperature resistance, pollution-free to the environment.

 

Application

1. Using for glass, stone (marble, granite) curtain wall, aluminum plate and plastic steel jointing & sealing.

2. Suitable for all kinds of doors and windows.

 

Construction

1. Cannot be used for structural jointing & sealing.

2. Cannot apply to all surfaces with grease, plasticizers and solvents are leaking.

3. Not suitable for confined spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water.

4. Keep surface of the base material clean and dust-free, construction site temperature shall not be lower than 10 ℃. It is not suitable to bond materials containing copper or copper alloy.

 

Safety

1. Sealant construction site should maintain a good ventilation environment

2. the product should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If it accidentally gets into eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and see a doctor for examination.

3. Before using the product, the user should first conduct the compatibility and adhesion test of the contact material, construct after confirmation qualified.

4. Our company only guarantees whether the product meets the quality requirements, and will not be responsible for any loss caused by any accident or improper use during the use of the product

Storage & Transportation

Keeping the original sealed state, temperature below 17℃.the storage period is 9 months.

Transport as non-dangerous goods.
