OM901 Silicone Structural Sealant

FEatures:

1. One component, neutral, room temperature curing, good adhesion, usually without primer.after curing, most building materials, like glass, aluminum, steel and stone surface can produce good adhesion

2. after curing, it forms an elastomer can be cold resistant, heat resistant,non-corrosive, ozone resistance, UV resistance and excellent weather resistance.

3. It has good compatibility with other silicone sealants produced by our company.

 

Application

1. Using for glass curtain wall, stone (marble, granite) curtain wall, aluminum curtain wall jointing & sealing.

2. Suitable for glass, lighting roof, insulating glass second sealing & sealing. Wide arrange industrial & construction uses.

Construction

1. Cannot apply to all surfaces with grease, plasticizers and solvents are leaking.

2. Not suitable for confined Spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water.

3. Not suitable for construction when surface of the base material temperature is less than 4 degrees or more than 40 degrees.

4. It is not suitable to bond materials containing copper or copper alloy.

 

 

Safety

1. Uncured structural adhesive and curing process will release volatile compounds, long-term inhalation of high concentration of volatile compounds harmful to health.so, keep good ventilation environment.

2. the product should avoid contact with eyes before curing. If it accidentally gets into eyes, please rinse with plenty of water and see a doctor for examination.

3. after the product is completely cured, it will not release harmful gas and will not cause harm to the skin.

4. Before using the product, the user should first conduct the compatibility and adhesion test of the contact material, construct after confirmation qualified.

Storage & Transportation

Keeping the original sealed state,  temperature below 27℃.the storage period is 12 months. Transport as non-dangerous goods.
