Working process:
Core working principle: the sensor detects the bag passing by and sends back a signal to the label control
System, the control system sends the label to the front bottom of the sewing machine presser foot by the mechanical arm at the appropriate position and then release the label, and the label will be introduced into the sewing machine with the bag and sewn on the surface of the bag mouth. Meanwhile, the machine arm retraction clamp takes down the next label and waits at the preparation station, ad the label conveying part transmits the label, sending it to the position to be clamped and wait. this action is completed.
Common faults and solutions:
1) Labels cannot be delivered or multiple labels can be delivered in the carton, adjust the wheel carrier (BQJ-D-19), the
Tightness of the product ensures that each time a flat single label is delivered, it is better.
2) Tooth-shaped paging belt (BQJ-05-03 with label at nylon wheel B(BQJ-D-09) with the photoelectric frame (BQJ-D-02), sometimes will drop or pick up the label when the label are torn, the photoelectric rack(BQJ-D-02) needs to be moved to adjust their spacing to the proper position.
