the pore size of the filter can be determined by the choice of powder and the applied pressure during compression. the shape, size, and distribution of the powder impact the final properties of the filter.

 

at filtration accuracies of 70m or finer, particle chipping can be an issue with some filters. however, our sintered metal tube avoids this problem thanks to our advanced vacuum sintering equipment and skilled production staff.
