Our company F series mud pump is designed and manufactured strictly accordance with API 7K standard on the basis of  Emsco F series mud pump. All its spare parts can be compatible with any other make pump. Therefore, the pump is easy to maintain internationally.

 

F series mud pump is applicable to the requirement of high pump pressure in oil field and high displacement technology of well drilling with its solid and compact structure, small volume and outstanding operation performance.

 

 F series mud pump has long stroke maintaining operation at lower frequency resulting in enhancing the performance of giving water effectively and prolonging the lifetime of the consumable hydrokinetic parts, the air-suction kit is advanced in structure and reliable at operation to reach the optimized absorbing target of air suction into line pipe.

 

 F series pump powering side adopts the combined lubrication id forced and flashing lubrication featured with reliable lubrication and adding the operation lifetime of powering part.

how can I place order?

how can I pay you? 

A: after you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T (HSBC bank), L/C, D/P, Western Union are the most usual ways we are using. If you want to use other way, please tell me, we can discuss.

What's the order procedure? 

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr-epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. after we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. after payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

how many years have u manufacture mud pump?

A:We have manufacture mud pump more than 23 years.

how big is your plant?

A:Our factory covered 50,000 square meters, have 150 workers

 Can you complete the full production of the pump including testing?

We have 20 kinds of professional mud pump testing equipment and testing platform, which can realize simultaneous testing of 5 pumps, 2,000 square meters of open outdoor assembly workshop, can assemble 20 sets of pump unit at the same time.

What are your business procedures for the mud pump unit?

(1) please tell me your target power for your mud pump?

(2) please tell me your target brand of your diesel engine, such as caterpillar or Cummins, or others brand.

(3) Please tell me your drive type of the mud pump.by belt or by transmission box or chain?

(4) if u don't know about above specification, please send your original tender document to me, then we submitted to our technical department, usually, the mud pump quotation will be finished within 1 day, if it is mud pump unit, the quotation will be finished within 3 days.

WHat is your delivery time?

We have a lot of mud pump in stock supply, such as F1600, F1300, F1000, F500, delivery time is 7 days after you confirm the drawing and color,  Book mud pump delivery time is:30-45days after 30% payment.

WHat should I do after contract?

after the execution of contract, the user may not have to be present for the mud pump test. We will issue the test report and data for your reference, also take videos and pictures for you.

Can I be your tiger agent in our country?

A: We are developing agents all over the world; you can sign agency agreement with us.

What is the warranty time of your products?

 the warranty time is 12 months from the date of the commissioning. after the warranty, any questions and needs, please contact us.
