Application

PT2502S Is used as thickener for polyurea grease production

Instructions

Add All base oil and the polyurea thickener powder into the blending kettle, stir and heat,

1. Heat to170℃180℃, keep at the temperature for 34 Hours,

2. Stir while heating(4560rpm, Stir for 2 minutes and stop for 8 minutes),

3. after cooled, mix additives(subject to client's own formulation), then,

4. Mill the grease, then,

5. Pack the grease.

(**Milling Is very important to obtain a proper quality end grease.)
