Specification

the measuring principle of the electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. the measuring tube of the flowmeter is a short non-magnetic alloy tube lined with insulating material. Three electrodes are fixed to the measuring tube along the diameter direction through the tube wall. the electrode head is essentially flush with the inner surface of the lining. When the excitation coil is excited by two wave pulses, a working magnetic field with a flux density of B is generated in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube. At this point, if the conductivity of the fluid passes through the measurement tube. the electromotive force E is created by cutting the field lines. the electromotive force E is proportional to the magnetic flux density B and measures the product of the tube diameter d and the average velocity v. E(flow signal) is detected by the electrode and sent to the converter through the cable. after the converter amplifies the flow signal, it can display the flow, and output signals such as pulse and analog current for flow control and regulation.
