Descriptions:

White powder, with special particle size distribution design and surface treatment, it is applied in polyolefin cable sleeve, optical cable sheathing and insulation materials, which can meet the requirements of high LOI, low smoke density, vertical flammability(single root and bunch), smoke pH value, conductivity, tensile strength and elongation etc.. It has the features of high hydrophobicity, no migration and UV resistance.

Applications: 1.Applied in polyolefin material (PE, EVA & POE) with the dosage of 50-60% to get requirements of UL94- V0 (1.6mm), LOI36, vertical flammability(single root and bunch). 2.Low smoke density and meet the standard requirements of smoke pH value and conductivity. 3.Excellent mechanical property and breaking elongation in polyolefin materials. 4.High hydrophobicity and non- migratory of flame retardant to ensure consistent stability and appearance in cables. 5. Excellent dispersibility and processability. 6. Finished product with LFR-6002 is recyclable. Specifications
