Applications

    LFR-9003 is a all-purpose non- halogen, phosphate based flame retardant. It is recommended for polyurethane resins, unsaturated poly ester resins, epoxy resins, and phenolic resins, polyolefin resins, poly styrene resins, poly amide resins, poly ester resins, poly phenol oxide resins, PVC, ploy acrylic resins.

    in Epoxy Resins, recommended dosage at 3-4% as additive type flame retardant. When functions as sole crosslinking agent or blend with other crosslinking agent, it can maintain the Resin's Tg ( Glass transition Temperature) while reaching the required Flame retardancy performance. Typical dosage is: one Phr crosslinking agent to be replaced by 2-3 Phr Deflamer LFR-9003, while the total dosage Deflamer LFR-9003 reach 3-4% at the satisfied Flame retardancy performance. When applied in Epoxy Resins, it can be widely used in CCL, PCB, Casting materials for electronic components, Potting materials for electronic devices, Plastic packaging materials for integrated circuits and semiconductor components.

    When applied in epoxy resin, resin can be cured at MID to low temperature.

    When used in Epoxy Resins, function as crosslinking agent, compare with additive type flame retardant, can reach long lasting performance in electrical properties, mechanical property, anti-corrosion performance, as well as flame retardancy.
