the HP series stainless steel filters are small-flow 316L stainless steel high-pressure filter launched by the SR brand. Made of 316L stainless steel, it aims to endow the filter housing with higher strength, enabling it to have high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. the maximum working pressure of the standard model filter is 350 barg, higher pressure filters can be customized.

  the HP series stainless steel filters are suitable for high-pressure and low-flow applications such as in laboratories and testing equipment, that is, the filtration of small-flow high-pressure fluids, including small-flow high-pressure gas filtration, small-flow high-pressure liquid filtration and small-flow vacuum filtration. the HP series stainless steel filters are made from relatively coarse 316L stainless steel rods through a complex process. They are exquisitely made with diverse interfaces, including sizes of 1/8", 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4", and the flow rate can reach up to 4500 L/min

 

the HP series stainless steel filters come with six different types of filter elements, allowing you to select matching filter elements with different functions according to the medium to be filtered. these six different types of filter elements are MHP stainless steel perforated skeleton filter elements, MFL stainless steel sintered mesh filter elements, MSM stainless steel pleated filter elements, ML borosilicate fiber filter elements, MT borosilicate fiber filter elements, and MSP powder sintered metal membrane filter elements. The dimensions of the filter elements include four types: 12*32mm, 12*57mm, 25*64mm, and 25*178mm. There are slight differences in the main filter materials and filtration accuracy of the filter elements.
