Technical parameters of Huxing SWL series screw lift:
1. Structural type: Type 1- axial movement of screw rod; how to distinguish between normal and anti rotation (F) when the screw moves? Please refer to the difference between regular type and anti rotation transformation
Type 2- the screw rotates and the nut moves axially.
2. Assembly type: Type A - screw/nut moves upwards; B-type - downward movement of screw/nut ->diagram of structural and assembly forms
3. Screw head types: Type 1 structural screw head types: Type I (cylindrical), Type II (flange), Type III (threaded), Type IV (flat head)
Screw head of Type 2 structural type: Type I (cylindrical type), Type III (threaded type)
4. Transmission ratio: ordinary speed ratio (P), slow speed ratio (M), customizable medium speed ratio (F) according to user requirements
5. Enhance bearing capacity: 10kN, 25kN, 50kN, 100kN, 150kN, 200kN, 250kN, 350kN, 500kN, 1000kN
6. Protection of screw: Type 1 structure: basic type (no protection), anti rotation transformation (F), with protective cover (Z), anti rotation connecting cover (FZ). Type 2 structure: basic type (no protection)
Note: the SWL worm gear screw elevator has a relatively self-locking function, but it may fail when subjected to large vibrations and impact loads. In this case, please add a braking device or equip it with a braking motor to prevent objects from falling off.
