DOSAGE for REFERENCE

1.Low temperature scouring process for knitted cotton and loose fibers:

              RX-1105C                             1.5-2.0 g/L

              NaOH(100%)                       1.0~2.0 g/L

              H2O2(27.5%)                      6.0~10 g/L

             SeQuestering agent               1.0~2.0 g/L

Bath ratio≥1:7,80~85℃45~60 min, draining, rinse thoroughly with 80℃ water,Draining, oxygen removal, then dyeing.

 

2.Low temperature scouring process for cone yarns:

              RX-1105C                             2.0~3.0 g/L

              Na OH(100%)                      1.5~2.0 g/L

              H2 O2 (27.5%)                     8.0~10.0 g/L

              SeQuestering agent               1.0~2.0 g/L

Bath ratio≥1:7,80~85℃45~60 min, draining, rinse thoroughly with 80℃ water,Draining, oxygen removal, then dyeing.

 

REMARKS

1.Please do not expose it in the air for a long time. Seal it in time after use.

2.ThE compatibility test should be done when used together with other chemicals.

3.Please add sequestering agent or low temperature scouring agent RX-1105C in the order indicated, then add caustic soda, finally add hydrogen peroxide. Do not add low temperature scouring agent RX-1105C and hydrogen peroxide at the same time, they are must be added separately.

4.for the low-temperature scouring process of cone yarn, it is recommended to add sequestering agent or hydrogen peroxide stabilizer.

5.It is necessary to stir thoroughly and run evenly before adding other additives.

STORAGE

1.Shelf life is 12 months.

2.Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place.

3.It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the shelf life, but the performance test should be carried out first.
