Stiffening agentRX-5803R is a modified polyvinyl acetate polymer, which increases the elasticity and fullness of the fabric and gives it stiffness. after moisture regain, the handle of finished fabrics is durable. It can also be used for finishing of ribbons.

BASIC CHARACTERISTIC

     Appearance     : White emulsion paste

     Ionicity           : Anionic/Nonionic

     pH value         : 5.0-6.5 (1% water solution)

     Solubility         : Easily soluble in water

 

DOSAGE for REFERENCE

1.Stiffening finishing: 

        RX-5803R                  50-100g/L

       One dip one nip (pick up 80~110%) → setting at 140~170℃.

2.Stiffening and smooth finishing:

       RX-5803R                  10-30g/L

       Silicone RX-9939G           80-150 g/L

One dip one nip (pick up 80~110%) → setting at 140-170℃.

 

REMARKS

 1.Due to the characteristics of the product, please stir well before use.

 2.the viscosity will change due to the influence of the ambient temperature, which will not affect the use effect.

 3.Don't expose to air for a long time, seal with the cover to avoid other substances after use.

 Compatibility test should be carried out first when using in one bath with other chemicals.

STORAGE

1.Shelf life is 6 months.

2.Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place.

3.It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the shelf life, but the performance test should be carried out first.
