the towel silicone RX-8260C is a novel block silicone with a special structure, offering a fluffy, thick, full, and velvety handle. It is particularly suitable for the hand-feel finishing of cellulose fibers such as cotton, rayon, lyocell, and their blended fabrics. with excellent hydrophilic properties, the product is stable and delivers outstanding results, providing superior touch, comfort, and skin-friendly sensation.

4.Stable performance, with good resistance to acids, alkalis, heat, and shear.

5.Can be used alone or in combination with other softeners; compatibility testing is recommended before use.

DOSAGE for REFERENCE

1.Dilution Method:

Add the required amount of RX-8260C, then slowly add water and stir thoroughly until uniform.

2.Padding Process:  

RX-8260C dilution: 20 - 60 g/L  

Dip and nip working solution ( pick up 7080%)→Set at 140170℃(the exact dosage andProcess should be adjusted by the user based on actual requirements.)

3.Exhaustion Process:  

RX-8260C dilution: 1-3%(o.w.F), room temperature40℃20minSpin dry and heat try

 

REMARKS

1.Please do not exposeRX-8260C in the air for a long time. Seal it in time after use.

2.It can be used alone or in combination with other softeners.but the compatibility testShould be conducted first.

3.after the best expiration date, it does not mean that the product is no longer suitable. Performance testing should be conducted before use to ensure its suitability.

 

STORAGE

RX-8260C need to aVoid direct sunlight. Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place.It Can be stored for at least 6 months in its original sealed condition at 25℃.
