1.Performance Introduction

 (1)RAM Assembly

the Torsion Shaft Servo CNC Press Brake employs hydraulic transmission.

the RAM assembly comprises the RAM, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic valves. Left and right cylinders are fixed to the frame, where hydraulic pressure drives the piston (rod) to move the ram vertically. Mechanical stops display adjustment values on the CNC system screen, featuring memory storage and multi-tool linkage functions.

(2)Workbench and Lower Die Frame: Reinforced, precision-machined, and securely integrated with the workbench for stable fixation.

(3)Synchronization System: Achieved through hydraulic cylinders and synchronous shafts, featuring simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and high synchronization accuracy.

(4)Stop Mechanism: Rear stop employs ball screw linear guides with multiple precision stops. Servo motor drives the stop mechanism.

(5)Equipped with TP10S CNC system: Hydraulic cylinder adjusts Y-axis angle, Rear stop moves along X-axis.
