1.Brief Introduction:

  the horizontal screw belt mixer consists of a U-shaped cylinder, screw belt mixing blades, and transmission components; Spiral shaped blades are generally made into double layers. during operation, the outer spiral belt collects materials from both sides to the center, while the inner spiral belt transports materials from the center to both sides, forming convective mixing. the mixing components can also be made into paddle type or equipped with flying knives to adapt to different materials. the cylinder cover can be made into an arched or fully open shape, which can bear pressure. the fully open shape is convenient for cleaning the inside of the equipment.

 

2.Techincal parameters:

   Each batch has a processing capacity of 0.1-20 cubic meters

Processing 0.3-15 tons of materials per batch

the mixing time used is between 3-15 minutes

the equipment material can be 316L, 321, 304, or carbon steel
