The RIFA -designed and -built RFCZ12 CNC Horizontal Lathe has years of performance, reliability and machining accuracy. With a maximum spindle speed of 6000 rpm, the RFCZ12 model provides a 5.5/7.5-kw spindle drive and include a 3-jaw hydraulic power chuck as standard equipment. The rotation time for the 8-station turret is only 0.4s (unclamp/index/clamp) to the adjacent station. Rapid feed rates for the X and Z axes are 12 and 20 m/min. Maximum X-axis travel is 140 mm and maximum Z-axis travel 518mm. The 45-degree slant bed machine base provides superior rigidity and durability. The machine base is constructed from high-quality cast iron which ensures a stiff, high-rigidity machine. Mitsubishi 50L controller is standard and Fanuc and SIEMENS are provided as options. Max.
