Xian Yonghuas Type YH604 is the leading seal of choice for demanding, high-temperature applications. Available in either AM350 or Inconel 718, its high strength design provides maximum reliability. The stationary bellows design accommodates high shaft speeds (up to 50 mps/10,000 sfpm) and high shaft-to-box misalignment. Unlike rotating seals that must flex on every revolution to accommodate shaft-to-box misalignment, the stationary YH604 adapts to this misalignment by flexing only once during installation. This reduces seal movement, resulting in increased seal life. The seal faces are extremely stable and remain in close contact, reducing minute leakage and subsequent carbonization (coking) or crystallization. Premature seal failure is eliminated and MTBPM is maximized, The Type YH604 has been tested per API-682 Type C seals for high-temperature hydrocarbon services.
