The control system (Acetocontrol or Acetomat III CC) maintains an ideal temperature (cooling) and controls the fermentation according to the alcohol concentration in the Acetator. When the programmed end of the fermentation phase is reached, the Acetocontrol initiates an automatic discharge of the finished product and the charging of new mash. Its the same with control the temperature during fermentation. during fermentation the LCD show the real alcohol concentratio and temperature of the mash in fermentor.
