With these plants our customers can produce biological vinegar with maximum acidities of more than 20%. And up to now FRINGS has offered services for 70% vinegar plants of all over the world. Frings offers technology and equipment for four main processes: a) Continuous fermentation Raw material: pure alcohol, wine, rice wine, special fruit wine Maximum Acidity: 9% b) Normal batch process Raw material: pure alcohol, wine, rice wine, special fruit wine Maximum Acidity: 14% c) Single stage high strength process Raw material: pure alcohol Maximum acidity: 17-18% d) Dual stage high strength process Raw material: pure alcohol Maximum Acidity: over 20% Conclusion Due to the constant development of the vinegar production process by Frings so far a productivity and yield level is reached, which no other company can offer. 95% yield and 28 Wh energy consumption per litre 10% vinegar may lead to production cost below 0,4 RMB per litre 10% vinegar. Combined with the advantages as a natural, healthy and biological made product, white vinegar production with Frings technology is the only alternative instead of using chemical made acetic acid with all it`s disadvantages.
