Emulsifier / Degreaser PHINESSE is a specially formulated blend of nonionic surfactants for use either on it’s own or as an adjunct to a built powder detergent. It does not contain hydrocarbon solvents or odour masking compounds. When added to the hottest part of a wash process (71癈 or 160癋) or above, its ability to dissolve or emulsify food or mineral oils and greases is outstanding, though effectiveness is good at all temperatures. For garment rental, we would recommend its use as an adjunct to our mainstream or polyester/cotton washing powders where the combination of alkalis, detergent builders, and surfactants with PHINESSE will give outstanding results on even the most abused garments or kitchen work. Because of the efficiency of this process it can be a substitute to dry cleaning the most heavily soiled articles. Alternatively PHINESSE can be used on its own as a convenient highly concentrated source of nonionic surfactancy. PHINESSE is also effective on collar and cuff grease.
