Alnico magnets are made primarily from alloys of Aluminum, Nickel, and Cobalt. Among all the available magnetic materials, they have the most temperature stability, high magnetic flux density, and resistance to corrosion .and may be either cast or sintered. Cast Alnico can be made into intricate and complex shapes that may not be possible with other materials. Sintered Alnico, while slightly weaker than cast material, exhibits superior mechanical characteristics. They are manufactured using a powder metallurgy process. APPLICATIONS: ?Meters and Instruments ?Sensors ?Reed Switches ?Relays ?Hall Effect DeviceS ?Tramsdicers ?Computer Drives ?Keyboards ?Speakers,Telepphones,MobilePhones?Holding Assemblies, etc.
