I .Product brief introduction Model L01 double concentric circle dust filter is a new type cleaning equipment in textile factory which self designed. In Aug. 30th,2000 we applied for national patent. The patent code is ZL002490307. The machine consists of grade-1 dished dust filter, grade-2 double concentric circle dust filter, fiber compactor, whirlwind skimmer, dust compacting machine and small suction motor which tits the complete machine. The machine whose structure is special fan-shaped frame has filter levers in both sides of 4 to 5 concentric circle filters' parts. It increases 60% tilting area in the same capacity. IV.Product Function one It cleans dust in grade-2 concentric circle pare rationally than the traditional hop-pocket-shape due to adopting whirlwind skimmer and dust compacting machine. Installing a hop-pocket around the opening of dust compacting machine, grade-2 dust is continuously transmitted into the pocket after compacting. Dust compacting machine can clean dust and prevent double pollution as long as tying the pocket. V.Product Function two Innovating in designed grade-2 double concentric circle dust filter, it has filter levers in both sides per circle. It increases 60% filtering area in the same volume. It is assembled and disassembled easily for the unique structure of tile shape, taking put filter circle by twisting nuts in the back. Changing and cleaning filter material is very easy.
