Fire detector 8020 provides reliable early warning of a fire condition with or without smoke emissions, with minimum risk of false alarm. The fire detector reacts upon a rate of rise in temperature higher than the specified or upon reaching a fixed temperature threshold. The fire detector is available in three versions depending on the temperature class in accordance with the European Standard EN 54/5 (Class A1R, A2R or BR). It is suitable for premises without normal ambient temperature, without possible sudden changes.
