High-speed small-sized six-shuttle circular loom is a new-type circular loom developed and manufacture by our factory. It improves the picking numbers in unit time displace the traditional four-shuttles in order to boost the weaving speed. The output improves 30% than it of the four-shuttle circular loom. It is featured with automatic stopping functions for warp/weft breaking detecting and weft-ending monitoring system. There are two types of the high-speed small-sized six-shuttle circular loom, shaft type and band type. The moving manner of shuttle board is rolling friction of roller orbit. Hereinto, the shaft-type circular loom adopts double-curve cam and its full-close oil tank compulsively does lubricating, which achieves low noise and less abrasion, while the band-type circular loom adopts single-curve cam, withdrawing the oil lubricating system by sliding block. Further more, with easy maintenance, most of its accessories are universal for 4-shuttle circular loom as well.
