YTD three phase induction elevator motors are 6/24 pole double-winding motors. These electric motors are compact, lightweight and very reliable. Since they have a higher locked torque and a lower locker current they are the solution to high noise, low speed and vibration problems of single-winding motors. Foot or flange mounted motors are available.
