Application

It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries, for pressing various granular raw materials into tablets.

Characteristics:

1.              The outside part of the machine is fully enclosed. The material of the cover and the inside table face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P. requirement.

2.              The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.

3.              It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened cleaning and maintenance is easier.

4.              The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.

5.              An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.

6.              The hydraulic system can assure the stability of the system.

7.              The punches and dies are also applicable to ZP19, ZP13, ZP33B and ZP35 type.
