The major specification of electrical deck oven iscan be operated independently from each deck. Thanks to itsstone floorings, it provides an equal heat distribution. Temperature and the time of steam can be adjusted for each deck as per the request. Thus, it can be bake different products in each deck. Before baking there is a yeasting chamber (fermentation cabinet) for fermantation adjusted temperature and humidity under the oven. It is used with single deck also modular and acoording to need it can be moved as per request.
