Our cutting - scaling machine, which is the latest system of the dough processing technology, cuts the dough at the requested weight in gram without pressing and harming the dough. All the surfaces contacting the dough are made of stainless steel. The weight of the dough itself cuts the dough thanks to the vacuum generated by piston cylinder movement. The lubrication system is automatically operated. Thus, the machinery is provided to have longer life. All surfaces are lubricated with the oil comply with the Food. The weight in gram can optionally be adjusted both manually mechanically. 3 types of production is performed which is varying between 50 -150 gr, 100 - 600 gr and 200 - 1000 gr
