Conical rounding machines shapes the dough thanks to a cone made of aluminium and the aluminium sleeves arround which spirally move. The dough coming from cutting - scaling machines drops into the aluminum inlet trough. It reaches to the proofing machine being shaped thanks to the rounding chamber and leading throughs. At the meantime, the dough is prevented to stick to the discharging troughs thanks to the flour sifting system. Thanks to the aeration system, the dough is prevented to stick on the drum by optionally blowing hot or cold air to the troughs. All the aluminium components can be coated with Teflon as per the request. 3 types of machinery to shape 50 - 150 gr, 100 - 600 gr. and 200 - 1000 gr. dough is manufactured. Moreover; our specially manufactured machine to shape the dough between 20 - 1000 gr. by means of adjustable levers can be produced as per the demand.
