Performance: * The special NC system of DAC350 by Holland DELEM Co. is adopted to accurately control the precision of rear apron, slider shearing stroke, shearing angle, and freedom between blades. * The shearing angle is self-regulated by NC system to prevent distortion of workpiece due to shearing too short at the same time. * Shearing process can be auto regulated by NC system to shear small workpiece quickly and accurately, bring about increase in production efficiency. * The freedom between blades of tools can be self-regulated by NC system to achieve precision shearing. * The adoption of four-side edges shearing blade prolongs the service life of blade. * The imported straight-line guide and ball bearing drive rear apron of high speed and long stroke are adopted. * Pneumatic back carrier structure effectively prevents deformation caused by too much length of plates, which may affect the precision of shearing accordingly. * The adoption of ABSYS finite element analytic software in the optimized design of components guarantees the rigidity of machine tool.
