FD-LYM2000-3 three layers Film Casting Machine
1. The feature of the production line:
This machine adopts casting processing technology, which can produce CPP, CPE clarity film and pressing flowers film. The equipment with the infrared technology thickness detector which is imported from NDC company which locates in USA, can guarantee the quality of the film. Casting roller and the sizing roller is compulsory water cooling structure; the cooling effect is well and all the roller are controlled by pneumatically system. The machine is featured by compact construction, attractive appearance, easy operation, reasonable technology, low energy consumption, high effective, and the even thickness, so it is the ideal equipment to produce packing film.
Casting CPP film:
CPP casting film is mainly used as the soft package to textile, food, flow and the twisting film to packing candle; the foundation film of the composite film; also is used as the foundation film of the metal and vacuum aluminium.
Twisting and drawing film:
LLDPE series co-extrusion casting drawing and twisting film is used to wrap the goods on the tray by machine or by hand, keeping fresh film used in the refrigerator.
The press flower film:
Flower-pressed film is mainly used as diaper, sanitary towel, and throwaway medic film, this film has the feature of soft fabric, permeability, and waterproof.
Stationary film:
Stationary film has wide usage, such as: document bag, clip, separate page, indication piece, fixed piece, and compress piece. This film face can be processed to smooth or companied with pattern.
