Silicon bricks are widely used in coke oven, hot blast furnace, heating devices and glass furnace. It is belong to acid refractory materials and it is of good resistance to acid erosions. It has high softened temperature under load and it reach to 1640℃-1680℃ but it is weak in heat-shock resistance and its working temperature is only 1690℃-1730℃.
