11,Surface treatment : All arrises are chamferrying by 5mm at 45 angle degree for easy handling , wax-coated on both sides , paint at the ends .

12, Anti-Bending Performance : Perform the test with a span of 3m(the supports are made from steel tube with diameter 60mm , and the contacting surface is 5*235mm each) with two loads on specimen( which dimension is D38.1*W235*L>3200mm ) , measuring two concentrated points on the board with a distance of 990mm as center points for two loads(area contacting with specimen is 425*200mm each) ,with weight of 73kg (160lbs) each , the peak deflection should be within 4.95cm.
