The material of Valve Guide is made of high phosphor cast iron alloy, which is developed by Fabbrica Italiana Automobile Company and adopt formula of valve guide from NanJing New Daily Automobile Company. The Valve Guide is of high attrition endurance, high temperature endurance and high erosion endurance. Furthernore, this material is of better resistance to wear and still make the engine work under worse condition. Our products have passed the destructive test for 300hrs which shows our products' quality gains the best effect. Under normal condition, this product can be used for 150~300 thousand kilometres, which is higher than the valve guide made by powder metallurgy .
