Performance and features
1. Saw-tooth smashing device adopted to smash treated roll pulp and untreated roll pulp.
2. Drum formation device adotped to lay fluff-core and cover with tissue
3. Sap mixed appending
4. Elastic waist tape, standing cuffs, front waist tape, elastic rubber for leg are all adopted. Standing cuffs and elastic rubber for leg are controlled automatically.
5. The length of adl(non woven) is the same as fluff-core.
6. Phase can be adjusted without shutting down the machine.
7. New type scrapping-cutting mode is adopted in the slitting unit to minimize the load impact and prolong the life of rotator and cutter.
8. Cylinder adopted to press heated rollers which makes the pressure adjustable.
9. Frequency changer is adopted to control the speed of the main motor. The driving system adopts universal coupling, gear-box and timing belt. Imported flat belts are used as conveyer belts.
10. The integral machine is made of steel to decrease conveying resistance and improve the stability and qualification rate.
11. Indicator light and button are installed on machine arrester; caution light is installed on the top of machine.
12. Products can be laid out automatically.
