Many times on the construction job site portable lighting is required in order to illuminate an area that is under construction or very dark and unsafe for workers. These lights can be mounted either in a motorized vehicle, be set up as stationary towers or be mounted on a trailer that is parked in a remote location. A gasoline or diesel-driven generator provides the electricity to the light "tower" which sits several feet in the air. Control and power cables are routed between the generator and this "tower".
