QC12K, ZYS, Model: 4*2500 TO 16*8000, QC12K numeric-control hydraulic pendulum shearing machine is used as mainframe, fitted with numeric-control system special for DAC310 shearing machine. Numeric-control front feeding device is employed and the rear stopper device is removed, to gain higher shearing precision and work efficiency. Servo control technology is applied for the front-feeding device, fitted with pneumatic clamping and feeding devices, and added with the strong function of DAC310 numeric-control system, typical of rapid, accurate, and stable operation, which has greatly saved manpower and enhanced work efficiency. Ball bearing leas screw and linear guide rail have ensured a repeated positioning precision of the machine tool.
