Since Dewar, a British scientist, invented the theory of vacuum interlayer insulation in 1898, with the progress of the society and the development of the technology, at the beginning of the 50th of the 20th century, the technology of high vacuum multilayer insulation appeared, which solved the problem of mass heat leak because of heat convection, conduction and radiation. Liquid nitrogen biological container employs the technology of high vacuum multilayer insulation, possessing favorable performance of cryo-insulation and keeping the minimum loss of liquid nitrogen (-196 centigrade degree) stored. Therefore, liquid nitrogen biological container is widely used with liquid nitrogen as its refrigerant in the field of animal husbandry, medical treatment, scientific research and machine processing, storing semen, vaccine and other biological sample, cold processing of metal materials and cold assembling of precise apparatus.
1). Active storage of animal semen. It is mainly used for storing and transporting semen of excellent breeders of cattle, goats and rare animals (e. g. panda).
2). Active storage of biological samples. It is used for storing vaccine, cell and organ of human and animal. While being used, it will be taken out and thawed.
3). Cold assembly of metal material. Liquid nitrogen can change structure of metal material to improve the rigidity, intensity and wearable performance.
4). Cold assembly of precise parts. Assembling after cold processing by liquid nitrogen can improve the quality of parts assembling, and then improve the whole performance of the equipment or apparatus.
