12PSDB55/75/110/150E injection pump test stand is a kind of motor direct output test stand, it adopts advanced technology of frequency conversion speedadjusting, digital display and automatic control of temperature with the advantages of good speed regulating performance, accurate measurement, easy to operate, and low noise, it is an ideal equipment to test all kinds of pumps.
Main adjusting items
1. The amount and uniformity of oil supply in each cylinder of injection pump.
2. The start point and interval angle of oil supply of injection pump.
3. The adjusting and testing of speed regulator’s working performance.
4. The test of sealing performance of injection pump
5. The observation of oil return amount of distribution pump at different speed.
6. Check pressure compensator of distribution pump.
7. Measure the working performance of advance device and air governor(special order).
8. Do experiment on air governor with vacuum detector.
