LE-16 3D laser machine is a new 16-head subsurface engraving laser system. It is developed for quantity production, 16 work pieces on the mean time. The complete device consists of Nd:YAG laser, x-y-z scanning positioning unit, electronic control system and software under windows. Laser output power is controlled in order to ensure long term repeatability of marking performance. Advanced and patented design Nd:YAG laser is used for laser source in the system. The operation of system is fully controlled by PC using original software. It enables user to define all marking specifications, such as position of image inside glass and marking speed.
