AAYUSH Mini Press is ideal table top model for R&D and small scale commercial production. It is available in four different models with 8 and 10 stations in combination of D & B tooling. Salient Features : 1. Designed as per cGMP norms. 2. All the parts in compression zone are of S.S.304 or Elecroless Nickle Plated. 3. Centrally driven turret provides vibration free balanced rotation & oil free compression zone. 4. Inbuilt Pre compression system (MINI-II models). 5. Tablet thickness & weight adjustment settings are outside the machine. 6. Main drive with ACVFD. 7. Force Feeder with ACVFD (MINI-II models). 8. Lower punch seal to avoid jamming of the lower punches. 9. Transparent Guards at compression zone with safety switches. 10. 24V AC supply on control panel. Electric Motor & Panel are separated in additional zone to make more space in mechanical zone for convenience in working.
