SPC3000 series communication manager is a high integrated new 32bit embedded intelligent communication device. It is used to collect information of whole substation automation system and centralized send to local back-end or remote debug centre,and at the same time transfer the orders of back-end and centers to all measure and controll devices that realize local and remote control. SPC directly collect all on-site device data in small sized automation system, and transfer to background control system by user required communication protocol( 101,104,CDT and so on)and communication medium(ethernet,RS232/422/485 and so on) to finish all on-site monitoring. In big systems, it can be as function substation and bay level that make all levers relatd to realize data transferd through different classification and directions.
