HTC offers HV series and UHV series of gate valves. Gate valves has two type of manually operated and pneumatically operated. Gate valve applications in semiconductor and other processing, and are used most often to isolate pumps and sample entrylocks for HV or UHV work chambers. We can be customized for larger or special size gate valves.
